Let’s find what works for you.
You bring your honest, human self, and I’ll bring the coffee, a comfy chair, and tools to help you feel more like yourself again. We’ll figure the rest out together.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy at Willow Counseling offers a space where you can show up exactly as you are and exactly where you are.
Maybe you’re coming because old memories keep creeping in and making you feel stuck. Or, maybe life looks different now than it has before and things feels heavy, messy, or uncertain. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and move toward what feels more aligned and authentic for you. You set the pace, and we’ll approach challenges with curiosity and the intention for you to make meaningful change.
Available in-person and via telehealth — $135
EMDR Therapy
Available in-person — $135
EMDR therapy can be helpful if you’ve experienced trauma, or if you notice that you often “get stuck” in painful memories. This type of therapy allows your brain to process and release what’s stuck in your body, which will help what once felt overwhelming to feel more manageable.
EMDR therapy gives you the option to process your trauma in an alternative way. It uses simple tools like guided eye movements or tapping to help your brain naturally process past memories. Many people find that it brings relief when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough.
