Sessions are $135 for a 50-minute appointment.
Willow Counseling is a self-pay practice, which means your care is not dependent on insurance approval or requirements. For some clients, self-pay also offers greater privacy because a mental health diagnosis and details about your treatment do not need to be submitted to an insurance company for payment.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Willow Counseling is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. In addition to more than a decade of experience in mental health, I’m a certified EMDR therapist (EMDR-C) through EMDRIA and hold a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
My training helps me bring both evidence-based care and a human approach to our work together. You can expect therapy that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in what actually feels helpful for you.
